Derek Alward

Sr. Manager, Client Experience at OnPay

Derek Alward has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Digital Sales Manager at Maranatha Music, where they nearly doubled digital revenue in 2011 and increased exposure to over 145 different digital aggregators. In 2014, they began working at Creatus Properties / Ryan Schramm - Broker as a Realtor. Derek also began working at Ultimate Software in 2014, where they held a variety of roles, including Manager of Service Excellence, Team Lead of Customer Success, and Enterprise Account Manager II and III. In 2020, they moved to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as Manager of Service Excellence, where they managed the Global Account Managers on the West Coast. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Client Experience at OnPay, where they are also hiring.

Derek Alward obtained a Bachelor in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton between 2008 and 2011. Derek also holds two certifications from the American Payroll Association, namely a Certified Payroll Professional and a Fundamental Payroll Certification.
