Outi Nevalainen has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and companies. Outi started their career in 2003 as an Optometrist at Silmäasema and later became an Account Manager. In 2018, they joined Med Group Oy as a Key Account Manager until 2019. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Tori.fi, a subsidiary of Schibsted Media Group, as an Account Manager. In 2021, they joined Instru Optiikka Oy as a Key Account Manager and continued in the same role until 2023. Currently, they are working at ONNI (Med Group Oy) as a Key Account Manager, starting in March 2023.

Outi Nevalainen completed their education in Optometry at Helsingin Ammattikorkeakoulu Stadia from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a degree in merkonomi from Joensuun ammatti-instituutti.
