Emilia Manderbacka has worked as a Sales Coordinator at Med Group Oy since March 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, including Coordinator in March 2021, student affairs secretary from March 2020 to February 2021, and a training and business services intern from September 2019 to February 2020. Emilia also worked as a Shop Assistant at Oriental Supermarket from December 2015 to July 2017.

Emilia Manderbacka attended Amiedu in 2015 where they obtained a vocational qualification in business and administration. In 2017, they enrolled at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and completed a Bachelor's degree in international business and logistics in 2018.
