Sr. Director Of Customer Success at Mogul

Jackie Lewis has worked in the HR SaaS industry for over 7 years. In 2021, they became the Founder and Lead of the Mogul Parents ERG and Senior Manager, Global Customer Success. In this role, they managed the entire lifecycle (onboarding through retention and growth) of 150+ accounts valued at $5M in revenue, maintained a 90% renewal rate across large enterprise clients, acted as an advocate for clients during company reorganizations, new product launches, and new SaaS pricing releases, reported directly to the COO, developed and documented Customer Success best practices and presented them to the C-Suite, and collaborated with the CMO to establish content themes and goals for client-facing communication and social media activity. From 2018-2021, they worked as a Partner Success Manager at CareerArc, where they managed the entire client lifecycle for approximately 80 clients valued at $2M, prepared client-facing documentation, developed best practices and presentations, and managed customer relationships. From 2014-2018, they worked at IDC as a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for day-to-day account management on close to $3M worth of revenue, interpreting and fulfilling major financial client research needs, team lead and mentor for a team of two new hires, analyzing and reporting client activity, creating customized content for proactive client support, and assisting in the QA, testing, and company-wide rollout of a new internal logging tool. Jackie also worked as a Client Services Representative at IDC.

Jackie Lewis graduated from Framingham State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute. In 2022, they obtained a DEI Certification Path from LinkedIn.
