Anna Younger has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Anna currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at OnMed, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Customer Growth at Unite Us from January 2022 to August 2022.
Anna also had previous roles at Carrot Health, where they served as the Vice President of Customer Solutions from June 2019 to August 2022. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Anna worked as the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy from January 2018 to June 2019.
Before that, Anna held the position of Senior Director of Client Services at RedBrick Health (now Virgin Pulse) from July 2014 to December 2017. Anna also worked at UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Strategy and New Business, Consumer Engagement from December 2011 to March 2014.
Anna began their career at HealthPartners, where they worked as a Sales Executive from February 2006 to October 2010. Anna previously held roles at HealthPartners as an Account Executive from December 2003 to January 2005, and as a Business Analyst from June 2002 to December 2003.
Anna Younger completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Cultural Anthropology at Washington University in St. Louis. Afterward, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
