Brian Forbes currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at OnLogic, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brian spent over 26 years at Intel Corporation, where significant contributions included serving as Sr. Director of Client Portfolio Product Management, leading end-to-end silicon management and roadmap ownership for various System on Chips (SoCs) and chipsets. Other notable roles at Intel encompassed managing a large team as Sr. Director of Datacenter Power and Performance Architecture, establishing a Global Platform Engineering team as Sr. Director of Platform Engineering for the Programmable Solutions Group, and orchestrating hardware engineering management. Brian began the career at Intel as a Sr. Staff Architect, focusing on validation, design, and architecture. Education was completed at the University of Florida with a BSEE in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
