Arley Perez has a wealth of experience in engineering and project management. Arley began their career in 2007 as an Engineering Intern at Arthrex, where they were later promoted to Associate Project Engineer and then to Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the development of implants and instrumentation for knee and hip arthroscopic and minimally invasive orthopedic surgery. In 2017, they moved to Orchid Orthopedic Solutions as a Senior Product Development Engineer. In 2019, they joined GLW Medical Innovation as a Senior Project Engineer. In 2020, they began working at BD as a Project Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Onkos Surgical as Manager, JTS Technology, Program Manager, and Senior Product Development Engineer II.
Arley Perez obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010. In 2017, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. In June 2017, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
