Tirill HÃ¥vardsholm has extensive work experience in various roles. Tirill started their career at Skagen Brygge Hotell AS in 1991, where they worked as a Front Office Manager until 1994. In 1996, they joined Onix as and held multiple positions including Office Manager and CFO.

Tirill HÃ¥vardsholm completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of Stavanger, starting in 1985 and finishing in 1987. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Hotel Business Administration at ESSEC Business School from 1987 to 1989.
