Nadya Pismennaya is a Design Team Leader at Onilab LLC. since April 2021, specializing in UX research, UX/UI design, and team management. Nadya has extensive experience in designing e-commerce products, including websites and PWAs, and has a strong background in conducting UX research, usability testing, and developing design systems. Prior to this role, Nadya worked as a UI/UX Designer at Tanix Group from June 2017 to August 2019, focusing on UX/UI design, graphic design, branding, and motion design. Nadya has enhanced design skills through education at DesignSpot Community and holds a degree in Architectural Environment Design from Belarusian National Technical University.
