Sadonna K Cody currently serves as the Global Sales Operations Manager at ONI, where responsibilities include overseeing operational activities for a global sales team, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with various departments to drive revenue growth. Prior to ONI, Sadonna held the position of Sales Enablement Program Manager at Amazon Web Services and the role of Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where significant achievements included implementing program management strategies that resulted in substantial efficiency gains and cost savings. Additional experience spans leadership roles in communications, marketing, and project management across organizations such as KodaCon, International Experience USA, and Waste Management.
