Jannata Faccion has worked in various roles in the sales and customer service industry since 2006. Jannata began their career as an Operador de Telemarketing for Alma Viva do Brasil. In 2008, they moved to Estilo Telemarketing e Consultoria Ltda as an Operador de Telemarketing - VENDAS. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at PharmaNutri in various roles, including Coordenadora de Vendas, Comunicação Interna, and Assistente de Vendas. In 2020, they also worked at AC Qualitycert as a Consultora Comercial de Relacionamento. Currently, they are employed at Onfly, where they hold the roles of Closer Jr. | Inside Sales and SDR Key Account.

Jannata Faccion's education history includes a degree in Comunicação Social com Habilitação em RP from Anhanguera Educacional from 2008 to 2012, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from UniCesumar.
