Sam Stark is currently the Chief Technology Officer at OneZero Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Executive Information Technology Business Consultant at CPS Energy from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, Sam worked with senior executives to successfully define the company's future technology strategy, investments, and operating models. Sam also oversaw multiple digital assessments that analyzed the company's core infrastructure and led to comprehensive roadmaps of digital transformation deployment and integration.

During their time at CPS Energy, Sam made a number of significant contributions, including rescoping and rebuilding the enterprise architecture group, introducing company-wide change management and resource planning, and completing CMMC compliance integration. Thanks to their efforts, CPS Energy was able to pass NERC audits with flying colors.

Sam is a highly experienced and successful technology executive who has a proven track record of delivering results. Sam is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop comprehensive plans to achieve organizational goals. Sam is an excellent communicator and is skilled at working with all levels of an organization. Sam is a true team player who is always looking for ways to improve process and drive innovation.

Sam Stark attended Strayer University for their Network Security Studies degree and got certified from CompTIA in Security+. Sam also got certified from Cisco in CCNA Security.
