Bernard Fenech has extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer at Oney Insurance since January 2019 and as a Partner at SkyFallTech since March 2023, Bernard has a rich background that includes a tenure as Chief Officer IT & Processes at MAPFRE Middlesea from January 2007 to October 2018 and Assistant General Manager IT at Middlesea Group from January 2003 to January 2006. Earlier, Bernard held the position of Senior Executive Manager MIS at MIDDLESEA INSURANCE P.L.C. from June 1994 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Relations and World Order from the University of Leicester, completed in 2013, and an MBA in Strategic Management and E-Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management, earned between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, Bernard participated in the MAPFRE International Management Development Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2016.
