Himan Choksi, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Director of Finance - Investment Accounting and Reporting at Onex since August 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing financial reporting processes, managing financial statements for various funds, and ensuring SOX compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President - Controller at MD Sass, overseeing fund accounting and cost restructuring initiatives that resulted in significant annual savings, and leading audit teams as an Audit Manager at firms including Marcum LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Himan Choksi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting & Auditing from Narsee Monjee College.
