Nathaniel Pieper is an accomplished aviation executive with extensive experience in fleet management, finance, and strategic alliances. Currently serving as CEO of oneworld Alliance since April 2024, Nathaniel previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Alaska Airlines, overseeing fleet, finance, and alliances from August 2019 to March 2024. Prior roles include consulting for NJW Pieper LLC and significant leadership positions at Delta Air Lines, where Nathaniel was responsible for global alliances and regional operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Nathaniel's career also includes key leadership roles at Virgin Atlantic and Northwest Airlines, where efforts in financial planning and alliance strategy significantly contributed to financial performance and customer satisfaction. Nathaniel holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Duke University.
