Tova Crystal is a Project Manager at Youth for the Rhine and a Researcher at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education since September 2023. Additionally, Tova serves as an Editor and Writer at Onewater, focusing on the quality and accessibility of scientific op-eds since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Youth Coordinator at The Y (YMCA) from February 2020 to May 2021, and as a Communications and Elections Intern at Clean Water Action in late 2018, as well as a Research and Communications Intern at Vermonters for Criminal Justice Reform from January to May 2018. Tova holds a Master of Science in Water Management and Governance from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Michael's College, complemented by studies at Universidad de Congreso.
