Sailesh Kumar Shaw is a Senior Software Engineer at OneTrust since May 2023, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at Ula from October 2021 to May 2023, and at Ericsson from August 2019 to October 2021. Initially, Sailesh started a career at Tata Consultancy Services in July 2017, progressing from Assistant System Engineer-Trainee to Assistant System Engineer and finally to System Engineer by July 2019. Sailesh earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kalyani Government Engineering College (2013-2017) and completed higher secondary education at Jagatdal Chashma-I-Rahmat High School (2011-2013), and secondary education at Gondalpara Sastri Hindi High School (2009-2011). During training at Tata Consultancy Services, Sailesh was recognized as the "Star Performer of the Learners' Group" for outstanding performance and teamwork.
