Caroline Hibbs-Brown is a Principal Relationship Manager at OneTrust since May 2021, where key responsibilities include managing a global portfolio and leading initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion for women in the EMEA region. Caroline has a proven track record in strategy development and community engagement, having previously served as Senior Relationship Manager for Data Privacy and various additional roles focused on training and advocacy within the organization. Prior roles include Associate Marketer at Informa Tech, where Caroline managed C-suite relationships, and Partnerships and Business Development Coordinator at The Intern Group, overseeing client onboarding and diversity initiatives. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Global Ethics from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from De Montfort University, complemented by ongoing education through UN Global Compact.
