Megan Young is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a strong background in training management and organizational project management. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at OneSource Virtual since February 2021, Megan coaches and develops a team of global trainers, leading initiatives such as the creation of new hire training programs and managing the full training cycle for various certifications and onboarding experiences. Previously, Megan held multiple roles at Paycom, including Talent and Organizational Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CLO, where responsibilities included managing talent development programs and coordinating performance reviews. With experience in public relations and communications from roles at CEA Study Abroad and Make-A-Wish America, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, Megan combines strong skills in training design and stakeholder collaboration to enhance organizational performance.
