Randi Serna, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at OneSource Distributors, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Randi held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Absolute Technologies, Inc. from May 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the hiring process, managing benefits, conducting onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier experience includes an administrative role at Physician’s Choice Home Health and managerial positions at Joe's Crab Shack.
