David Barrett is an experienced educator with a focus on teaching History and English across various educational institutions in Australia. Currently serving as a History Teacher and Campus Principal at OneSchool Global Australia since April 2019, David has previously held roles including Head of Campus and Online Teacher at MET School – Armidale Campus from January 2011 to January 2023, as well as Campus Coordinator at MET School – Condobolin Campus from January 2005 to December 2010. David's career in education began with teaching at the K–12 level and progressed to leadership positions, including Head of Department for History. Additionally, David has a background in freelance editing and publishing, having worked as an Editorial Director at Crawford House Publishing Australia from 1990 to 2001. David holds a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Charles Sturt University.
