Ellen Rose Mortales is an experienced professional in the field of logistics and customs administration, currently serving as a Delivery Dispatch Specialist at OneRail since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as an Implementation and Support Specialist at Maugle Data Processing Center Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of new functions and training offsite employees. Ellen has extensive experience at Royal Cargo Inc., first as an Import Export Operation Supervisor, providing technical guidance on customs compliance, and earlier as an Air Operation Coordinator, focusing on customs declaration accuracy. In addition, Ellen has academic experience as a College Instructor for BS Customs Administration students at the National College of Science and Technology. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration from the same institution, obtained from 2009 to 2013.
