Kiran N has worked in various roles since 2004. In 2004, they were a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they were responsible for supporting existing systems, generating monthly/daily reports and enhancing existing programs based on client requests. In 2005, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Kanbay, where their responsibilities included providing business solutions, interacting with different hubs and OBS, and providing production support (24/7). In 2008, they returned to Convergys as an Analyst, where their responsibilities included requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and documentation. In 2009, they were a Senior Analyst at Bank of America, where they had extensive knowledge in IBM Mainframe applications and experience working in the domain of financial, banking and telecom applications. Finally, in 2016, they became the COO of OnePOS Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where their duties included participating in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets, recommending their adoption to the Chief Executive Officer, and developing and establishing operating policies.

Kiran N received an MBA from Andhra University between 1997 and 1999, with a field of study in Master of Business. Prior to that, Kiran N obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Sri Venkateswara University between 1992 and 1995, with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, Kiran N also has a certification in the ā€œITIL Foundation course.ā€
