Hio Sola-Usidame is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business professional. Hio has been working in the business industry since 2006. In that time, they have held a variety of roles in different companies.

Hio Sola-Usidame's work experience began in 2006 when they founded Mebiol Holdings and acted as Director. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Vodafone in 2010 and was voted Employee of the Month for three consecutive months. In 2011, they worked on a Masters Thesis (Research) at Vodafone and then became a Business Development/Strategy Analyst at Unum.

From 2012 to 2013, Hio Sola-Usidame worked as a Commercial Analyst at Olaife Energy and Proxion Energy Group. In 2016, they became a Director at Biomass Power Resources and a Commercial Partner at GX Rail Commodities. In 2017, they founded LOGIGRAINS and acted as Founder/Commercial Partner. Most recently, in 2019, they founded OnePort 365 and acted as Founder.

Hio Sola-Usidame has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Business and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
