Foluke Shaba has been working in the industry since 2004. Foluke began their career as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at UAC of Nigeria PLC. In 2005, they joined Safmarine Nigeria as an Account Executive and held this position until 2010. During this time, they were responsible for sales activities, client calls, and generating sales leads. In 2010, they moved to Safmarine as an Import and Export Manager, Sales Project Manager, and Import Manager. In 2017, they became a Restaurant Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Growth at OnePort 365.

Foluke Shaba has a diverse education history. Foluke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin between 1998 and 2002. Foluke then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology between 2004 and 2006. In 2007 and 2008, they attended AP Moller Maersk Sub Saharan Africa Region for Leadem, Liner Trade Management. In 2012, they attended OSHAcademy - U.S.A. for Occupational Safety & Health. Finally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos between 2016 and 2019.
