Maksim Diak has worked in the web development field since 2015. Maksim began their career at Via Prima as a Ruby On Rails Developer. In 2018, they joined Thinknetica as an Instructor of Ruby On Rails Web Development and a Ruby On Rails Developer. Maksim's duties included assisting students with assignments, performing code reviews, and providing feedback on the quality and correctness of code. In 2019, they joined OnePageCRM as a Full Stack Developer and DevOps, working with Ruby On Rails, React JS, and AWS.

Maksim Diak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT). Maksim also holds certifications in Sales CRM Expert from OnePageCRM (obtained in November 2020), Divide and Conquer, Sorting and Searching, and Randomized Algorithms from Coursera (obtained in January 2018), and Practical Data Structures & Algorithms in Java from Udemy.
