At OneOncology, Jarred worked as a Financial Systems Analyst, where they played a key role in the implementation and configuration of Workday financials. Jarred also contributed to the successful go-live of PR (purchase requisition) and worked with multiple companies under OneOncology.
During their time at ADS Security, Jarred served as an Accounts Payable Process Improvement Consultant. Jarred evaluated and improved the entire accounts payable process, implemented automation for payment notifications and data transmission, and created a process within MS Access for timely alerts and information distribution.
As the Director of Accounts Payable at Community Health Systems, Jarred was involved in the establishment of the AP division for a Shared Services Center. Jarred developed and trained team members on business processes, implemented a paperless process using Perceptive, Lawson, and APIA software, and managed payables for over 120 facilities.
At Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Jarred held various roles, including IT Asset Management Manager, Accounts Payable Manager, and Materials Management Supervisor. Jarred successfully managed a $4M budget, deployed Win7 while reducing expenses, streamlined recurring processes, negotiated corporate shipping program revamp, and implemented creative processes for duplicate payment recovery. Jarred also implemented JIT (just-in-time) process for inventory reduction and maintained excellent vendor relationships.
Jarred started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Corporal - E4 - Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment vehicles. Jarred also underwent specialized training for cold weather conditions during their service in Alaska.
Jarred Jeffers attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Jarred continued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
