David Pennington, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Security Services at ONEOK since September 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Magellan Midstream Partners from October 2010 to September 2023, where David held various roles, including Employee Experience Manager, HR Manager for Administrative Services, and Supervisor for Staffing and Recruiting & Professional Development Programs. Key responsibilities included designing programs to enhance employee experiences, managing HR systems and facilities, overseeing safety and compliance initiatives, and fostering relationships with educational institutions. Prior to Magellan, David worked at Hilti and Disney in various sales and recruitment capacities. David holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, International Business, and Spanish from The University of Tulsa.
