Nathan Pelz is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Director of Family Care at OneLegacy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of Director of Mission Services at Trinity Health At Home from February 2022 to December 2022, where responsibilities included advancing the organization's mission and values. Nathan also served as the Director of Mission Services & Spiritual Care at Dignity Health from July 2018 to February 2022, contributing to the senior leadership team at California Hospital Medical Center. Previous experience includes the role of Hospital Chaplain at Providence Health & Services, providing spiritual support during crises, as well as fulfilling chaplaincy roles at Providence St. Joseph Health and Methodist Hospital of Southern California. Nathan began their career as an Art Teacher in the Pendergast Elementary School District from 2007 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach, an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Art from Taylor University.
