Laura Lavey is a seasoned Litigation Attorney at O'NEIL, CANNON, HOLLMAN, DEJONG & LAING S.C. since May 2009, specializing in various areas including commercial and business litigation, complex litigation, insurance litigation, contract and tort disputes, employment disputes, class action litigation, qui tam litigation, and appellate services. Previous experience includes law clerk positions at Pitman, Kyle & Sicula and the Wisconsin Department of Justice, as well as an externship at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Laura Lavey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Criminal Justice with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
