María Insfrán Bazás has a long history of professional experience. María began their career in 2005 as an Administrative, Financial and Accounting Assistant at Carimbos Ind. y Com. S.R.L. In 2007, they became an English Teacher at Recreo Infantil Bilingüe Happy Time. In 2011, they were a Front Desk Receptionist at The World Bank. In 2012, they became an Executive Assistant (Assistant to Country Manager) at G4S. Most recently, in 2021, they joined OneHQ as a Client Manager, Lead Client Success, and Client Success Specialist. In their roles at OneHQ, they have documented every field in the system, provided solutions and answers to clients, and expanded company efforts across a single system.

María Insfrán Bazás obtained their Lic. en Análisis de Sistemas Informáticos from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in 2014. María also holds certifications from the Universidad Americana Paraguay for Caminemos hacia una Educación Inclusiva: Transtornos generales y específicos del aprendizaje in 2010, Holmes Colleges Australia - Gold Coast for Advanced English in 2006, Trinity College London for ISE Level II Integrated Skills in English - with Merit in 2003, and Trinity College London for Spoken English for Speakers of Other Languages - with Merit in 2002.
