Mara Sofia Ghinaudo Villagra has held various roles in the past few years. In 2021, they began working as a Client Manager, Lead Client Success Manager, and Client Success Specialist for OneHQ, a single software platform focused on solving industry frustrations. Prior to this, they worked as a Retail Salesworker for DHL in 2019, a Collections Agent for Banco GNB Paraguay and Equifax in 2019 and 2018, respectively, and a QA tester (IT departament) for Banco Continental SAECA in 2017.

Mara Sofia Ghinaudo Villagra is currently pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Americana Paraguay, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Mara Sofia also has a Diplomatura in INNOVATION AND AGILE from Escuela de Postgrado de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, obtained in 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Middelfart Gymnasium og HF Denmark and obtained a Gymnasium (Almen studentereksamen (STX)). From 2012 to 2018, they attended Colegio Experimental Paraguay-Brasil and obtained a Bachillerato in Informática. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from different institutions, including Introduction to E-Commerce from Platzi (2021), Digital Economy: Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies from Platzi (2021), Scientific Initiation Seminar from Universidad Americana Paraguay (2019), IT Camp for Piger - Python, Introduction to Big Data and Artificial Intelligence from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark (2019), Delegate of the Committee on Industry, Technology and Research 2 (ITRE2) from European Youth Parliament Denmark (2019), International Rotary Youth Exchange Student from Rotary International (2018), Delegation of Switzerland - CEPBMUN from United Nations (2017), Delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam - SILMUN from United Nations (2017), Delegation of People's Republic of China - Bolivian Model of United Nations in Oruro (BolMUNOr) from UN Women (2017), and Foro de Emprendedores del Paraguay from Fundación Paraguaya (2017).
