Timothy Molloy is the current CFO at ONEHOPE. Prior to this, they were a co-founder and the COO of Candy Club, an e-commerce company that offers a monthly subscription box of premium specialty candies. Timothy was with the company from November 2013 to January 2016.
Molloy was responsible for developing and testing the initial business concept, and evolving the product and operational concept into the current business. Timothy also built an integrated financial and operational model in sufficient detail to facilitate the management of the business in the absence of sophisticated information systems. This included resource and capital planning, inventory planning and management, and financial reporting. Additionally, they designed and implemented the company's product strategy, which allowed the customer to experience new and unique candies in each box without exposing the company to inventory obsolescence. Finally, they also designed and implemented the company's entire operational structure and processes, including supply chain, fulfillment, order processing, inventory planning and management, and customer service. Timothy hired and trained a team of nine internal employees to manage the company's day to day operations.
They work with Tiffany Wojtkiewicz - President, Co-Founder, Tom Leahy - Chief Compliance Officer, and Erik Ober - CTO & CMO. Timothy Molloy reports to Jake Kloberdanz, CEO & Co-Founder.
