Haendel Martinez is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. John's University. Currently serving as a Senior Helpdesk Manager at onehome since November 2022, Haendel has previously held significant roles including Senior Systems Support Analyst and Systems Support Analyst at Fanatics, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2023. Prior experience also includes working as an IT Specialist at Marsh from July 2004 to October 2015, providing technology infrastructure, desktop support, and helpdesk services for all MMC South Florida locations.
