Jacob Rashford, CISR Elite, serves as the Senior Pastor at The Way Ministries since January 2021 and also holds the position of Risk Management Support Representative at ONEGROUP Risk Management and Insurance since March 2019. Rashford's previous experience includes serving as Associate Pastor and Youth Ministry Leader at Believers' Chapel Canastota from January 2012 to January 2021. Earlier roles include Office Productivity Assistant, Defensive Driving Instructor, and Marketing Coordinator at Bailey, Haskell & LaLonde from May 2002 to January 2019. Rashford earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville and attended Portland Bible College from 2017 to 2021.
