Nathayah Culotta has a diverse work experience spanning a period of nearly two decades. Nathayah started their career as an intern at the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission in 2003. From there, they moved on to work as an Oracle Application Developer at Bangkok Insurance PCL, where they were responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintaining various software desktop applications using Oracle forms and reports.
In 2015, Nathayah joined IQ Solutions as a Software Developer, working on development, enhancement, and maintenance projects for NIH and HHS clients. Nathayah also served as a Software Developer Intern at the same company, where they gained experience in web application development using Java, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL.
In 2018, Nathayah joined Strongbridge LLC as a Software Developer, focusing on the development and maintenance of web application projects for the Department of Labor. Nathayah worked with technologies such as AngularJS, .NET API, and DB2, and also contributed to the remediation of digital files for accessibility and Section 508 compliance.

Nathayah Culotta started their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kasetsart University between 2000 and 2004. Nathayah then pursued a Certificate in Advance Oracle SQL&PL/SQL 10G from Northern Virginia Community College in 2011. In 2010-2013, they attended Tysons Institute in VA, where they earned a Certificate in Web Design. Later, in 2014-2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stratford University.
In addition to their formal education, Nathayah Culotta obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they achieved the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In November 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Lastly, in October 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
