Sujatha Venkatesan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Management at OneGlobe Systems LLP since June 2011. In this role, Sujatha manages the entire recruitment process, designs performance management systems, frames HR policies, and organizes employee engagement activities. Prior to this position, Sujatha worked as a Supervisor at SPi Technologies from April 2001 to March 2011. Sujatha holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Bharathiar University.
