Paul Bakhit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team development and training. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at OneGlobe since 2012, Paul also holds positions as an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer for Syncora Talent, specializing in the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Teamā„¢ and Crucial ConversationsĀ® for Mastering Dialogue. Additionally, Paul is an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer for Everything DiSCĀ® at Syncora, LLC. Active in the community, Paul has contributed as Co-Chair of the Marketing/Organizing Committee for the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium since 2008 and was a member of the Organizing Committee for the MIT Entrepreneur Forum from 2007 to 2012. Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Temple University, where Paul was recognized as a President Scholar.
