Erik Finkenbrink has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Erik began their career in 2009 as a Full-time Intern at Samel fs concept GmbH, where they were responsible for account management, sponsorship acquisition, and local marketing. Erik then moved on to work as the Captain/Student-Athlete for the Phoenix Men's Tennis Team from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Erik joined H&E Reinert Group as an Event Management/Product Management & Sponsoring specialist, developing and executing various sponsorships concepts. Erik then worked as a Sales Manager Sponsoring & Events at VfL Wolfsburg from 2016 to 2018, acquiring new sponsors and developing sponsorship products. Currently, Erik is building their career at OneFootball, where they have held several positions since 2018. Erik started as a Senior Sales Manager and later became an Account Director Agency Sales, responsible for sales and media agency networks in the DACH-Region. Erik then advanced to become the Business Director for the DACH, Benelux, and Northern Europe regions. Erik is currently serving as the Director of Agency Sales at OneFootball.

Erik Finkenbrink obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay between 2010 and 2013. In 2010, they also briefly attended Radford University's College of Business and Economics.
