Dennis Wagner is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in fraud management, consumer banking, supplier risk management, and business coaching. Currently in a fraud operations role at One since April 2023, Wagner previously served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where leadership of over 100 personnel facilitated the booking of more than $4 billion in personal loans while maintaining fraud charge-offs significantly below forecast. Prior experience at Capital One includes leading a $110 million global supplier portfolio and enhancing learning and development initiatives. As a former owner of ActionCOACH, Wagner provided strategic guidance to over 100 businesses. Additionally, a U.S. Navy veteran, Wagner managed logistics and financial operations in various roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business.
