Bradford Landry possesses extensive experience in service delivery and partner management, currently serving as Senior Director of Partner Management and Senior Director of Field Service Delivery at Diversified since August 2021. Prior to this, Bradford held various leadership positions at HB, A Diversified Company, including Director of Global Service and Director of Field Services. Additional experience includes serving as Managed Service Site Lead for Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and Merck & Co., as well as working as a Senior Field Service Technician. Bradford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in May 2001.
