Nazmi Özdil has work experience as a Video Production Manager and Director of Video Production at Onedio Bilişim Yazılım Medya Teknoloji AŞ since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Nazmi as a Compositor, Director, and VFX Supervisor starting in 2006.

Nazmi Özdil has studied at Hacettepe University, in the Department of Statistics, within the Faculty of Science. Additionally, they have pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business and Management, at Anadolu University.
