Charlie Sutton

Charlie Sutton has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 as a student at the University of South Florida. In 2013, they were a Marketing Intern for Costa Sunglasses, where they were responsible for direct sales during events, maintaining the Costa Pro Program, and creating competitor product and media analyses. In 2014, they were a Sales Intern at PLS Logistics Services, where they fielded daily inbound sales calls, assisted team managers with key accounts, and directed carriers to ensure that schedules were maintained. In 2015, they held two positions, Sales Support at Fastenal and Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services. As Sales Support, they managed pre-sales process and post-sale order facilitation, maintained relationships with existing clientele, and handled product sourcing and distribution. As Account Executive, they performed daily cold calls to drive new sales, maintained carrier relationships to create consistent opportunities, and negotiated pricing for projects to meet the needs of both the carriers and purchasers. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at MenuPad, first as Regional Account Manager and then as Implementation Specialist. As Regional Account Manager, they lead new client onboarding while maintaining relationships with established accounts, conducted presales activities including client qualification analyses, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations, and collaborated with project managers to ensure critical goals were met within scope. As Implementation Specialist, they collected and entered clientele data into database to ensure solution functionality, coordinated with internal sales, support, and development teams to ensure target dates were met, and supported sales team by conducting product demonstrations and company overview presentations. Finally, in 2020, Charlie became the Director of Client Implementation and Client Implementation Manager at OneDine, where they lead configuration and implementation of OneDine solutions, develops project plans and communicates with clientele daily to ensure key dates and expectations are met, and trains corporate leaders and operations teams for restaurants and restaurant groups.

Charlie Sutton attended the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Charlie also attended Seabreeze High School from 2006 to 2010.
