Alex Leung has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they played a key role in developing health care strategies and analytics for payer and provider clients. Alex also provided ongoing support for health and welfare programs, analyzed health plan performance, and conducted benefit planning studies.
In 2014, Alex worked as a Director of Analytics at Collective Health and as a Consultant at the World Bank. At Collective Health, they focused on analytics, while at the World Bank, they provided consulting services.
Following these roles, Alex served as a Non-Executive Director at Tri-City Health Center, where they provided mission-based leadership and strategic governance. Alex was also an Advisor at Kuang Tien General Hospital, working on various projects, such as long-term care, pricing strategy, and change management.
In 2015, Alex became the Regional Consulting Leader at CXA Group before joining Silver Linings Global in Taiwan as a Non-Executive Director. At Silver Linings Global, they were involved in social impact evaluation, business strategy, and product development.
In 2016, Alex was a Co-Founder of OneDegree, a technology company. Alex also worked as an Advisor at SmithRx, contributing to pharmacy analytics and claims analysis projects.

Alex Leung received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from UCLA in 2005. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Alex has also earned certifications, including being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries from the Society of Actuaries in 2010 and becoming a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries from the American Academy of Actuaries in 2008.
