Carlo Segantini has had a diverse and successful career. Carlo is currently the CFO and Head of IP at OneD Battery Sciences, where they have been since 2016. OneD is a company that works with graphite suppliers, EV cell makers, and global EV companies to enhance the manufacturing process for EV batteries by adding silicon nanowires to commercial graphite powders. This innovation increases energy density, reduces costs, and lowers the carbon footprint of EVs. Carlo's career started at Bain & Company, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2002 to 2005 and as a Summer Associate in 2001. Additionally, they were a Partner at Internet Systems Integrators (ISYI) from 1997 to 2000.

Carlo Segantini obtained their MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2000 to 2002.
