Jennifer Mendoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success, Enterprise at OneCause since March 2012, Jennifer has achieved significant milestones, including a 97% renewal rate and over $7 million generated in customer ticket proceeds in 2017. Prior roles at OneCause include Customer Success Manager and Account Manager, where Jennifer developed enterprise customer relationships and led a team of client success managers. Jennifer's previous experience includes positions at The Fehribach Group, where responsibilities included directing communications and client services for the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl, as well as various roles in event planning, marketing, and communications across different organizations. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Journalism from Butler University and has completed additional studies at Ivy Tech Community College.
