Susanna Caddeo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Susanna started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Susanna then transitioned into the education sector, working as a Nursery Assistant at Bushytails Private Day Nursery from 2007 to 2008. Susanna further enhanced their skills as a Nursery Nurse at Queensberry Nursery from 2008 to 2009, and later at Brookfield Primary School from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Susanna joined Hays as a Senior Compliance Administrator, where they managed a criminal record team and oversaw various tasks related to candidate screening and documentation. Susanna was later promoted to an Associate Consultant at Hays, where they played a vital role in attracting and matching candidates to temporary positions. Currently, Susanna is employed as the Group Head of Audits at OneCall24 Limited, a position they have held since 2016.

From 2009 to 2013, Susanna Caddeo attended the University of East London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. During their time at the university, they focused on the field of Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods.
