Nylma Vargas has held various managerial positions in the blood banking industry, gaining extensive experience over the years. Starting as an Area Manager at American Red Cross in November 1986, Nylma later became a Collection Area Director at Community Blood Centers of South Florida until January 2012. Currently, Nylma serves as both a Recruitment Manager and Collection Area Director at OneBlood, bringing their expertise to the organization.
