Debbie Wheeler currently serves as the Director of HR Service Delivery at OneBlood since February 2023, after a nearly 19-year tenure as the Manager of Human Resources Services Delivery at OneBlood, Inc. from August 2004 to May 2023. Prior to this role, Debbie Wheeler was the Operations HR Manager at The Home Depot for over 14 years, overseeing multiple locations in the West Palm Beach area and contributing as a Regional Trainer and Operations Assistant.
