Manushi Jayasinghe is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality assurance engineering.

Their most recent position was as a Quality Assurance Engineer at OneBanx, where they gained domain experience in FinTech mobile and web applications. Manushi also has experience in the domain of Fintech mobile and web applications from their time at UPay - Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. Manushi held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and later progressed to Quality Assurance Analyst. Manushi led a team of two colleagues, conducted defect reporting and verification, test case writing, execution, and documentation using Jira. Manushi also played a role in test planning, estimating QA tasks, release notes preparation, and weekly defect reporting.

Before entering the professional field, Manushi gained industry experience through internships and research projects. As a Quality Assurance Intern at London Stock Exchange Group, Sri Lanka, they acquired basic experience in capital markets post-trade functionalities. Manushi also completed an R&D project integrating Jira Zephyr plugin with Bamboo to view automation results in Jira. Additionally, they worked on multiple projects as part of scrum teams.

During their time at the University of Peradeniya, Faculty of Science, Manushi conducted a research project on spam email detection using data mining techniques and also held positions such as Junior Treasurer at the Computer Society and Member at the Rotaract Club.

Furthermore, they completed a project in computer science, creating a web-based Diary App as an academic-individual project. Manushi also worked as an Associate Java Developer at IJSE on a final project developing an offline Java-based software for Asoka Trade Centre - Munchee Agent Section.

Manushi Jayasinghe completed their MBA in IT at the University of Moratuwa from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Specialization from the University of Peradeniya starting in 2013. In 2012, they attended the Institute of Java & Software Engineering in Galle, Sri Lanka, where they pursued their Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer certification. Manushi also holds a Diploma in English from the British Way English Academy. Manushi completed their schooling at Southlands College in Galle, Sri Lanka.

Additionally, in December 2018, Manushi obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
